Author of several books, covering a number of topics (literature, art, contemporary fascisms, globalization) and employing a wide arsenal of theoretical perspectives (Lacanian psychoanalysis, historical materialism, Maussian anthropology, Braudelian historiography, Althusserian theory of ideology). His current work involves analysis of the spontaneous ideology of post-Yugoslav historians and critique of post-socialist destruction of the welfare state.
